• Comments:
  • 1) This is a version of MC1061 made phage T1 and phage Lambda resistant with the the ?fhuA766::kan from strain JW0146-2 and the ?lamB732::kan from strain JW3996-1 respectively.
  • 2) The kanamycin resistance cassettes were removed from both alleles leaving FRT scars.
