• Δ(gpt-proA)62 was formerly called proA2
• galK2(Oc) was formerly called gal₂
• thiE1 was formerly called thi-1
• Am = amber(UAG) mutation
• Oc = ochre(UAA) mutation
• strR = streptomycin resist.
